Product Care
Candle Care & Safety: To ensure an even burn and the best fragrance experience, please follow these care tips:
- The First Burn: Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first light (approx. 2–3 hours). This prevents "tunneling" and ensures a clean burn for the life of the candle.
- Trim the Wick: Before every light, trim the wick to 1/4 inch. This keeps the flame controlled.
- Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets.
- Know When to Stop: Discontinue use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
- Storage: Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to protect the natural soy wax and fragrance.
Reed Diffusers: Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks to refresh the scent throw. Keep the bottle on a stable, level surface and wipe away any accidental spills immediately to protect your furniture and countertops.
Hanging Car Diffusers: To activate, remove the wooden lid, take out the plastic stopper, and screw the lid back on. Tilt the bottle briefly to allow the oil to soak into the wood. Repeat as needed to refresh the scent.
Vent Clip Car Diffusers: To activate, remove the wooden lid, take out the plastic stopper, and screw the lid back on. Insert the 2 reeds and place in vent.
Room + Linen Mists: Shake well before each use. Spray 2–3 pumps into the center of the room or over linens from at least 6 inches away. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area of fabric first.
Optimal Storage: Keep all liquid fragrance products in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight, as heat and UV rays can discolor the oils or weaken the fragrance over time.

Every product is hand-poured with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be handcrafted and processed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Damages
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority and want you to love your experience. If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage to Lolacraftco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
