    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products once a purchase is completed.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for these exceptions, proof of purchase and evidence of the issue are required.

    When will I receive my order?

    Please allow 7-10 business days for processing your order. All orders will be shipped once processed and you will receive a confirmation email with updated shipping information. Delivery times also vary depending on your location.

    What are your candles made from?

    Our candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut soy wax, clean fragrance oils, and cotton wicks for a smooth, even burn.
    Are your products non-toxic & safe for children + pets?

    Yes! Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and cruelty-free. We carefully choose high-quality ingredients so you, your family, and pets can enjoy your home fragrance with confidence.
    Do your fragrances smell strong?

    Our scents are designed to fill your space without being overwhelming. Fragrance strength can vary depending on room size and scent profile. We intentionally crafted our scents to not be overwhelming due to us suffering from allergies and asthma, and are sensitive to fragrance ourselves.

    How long do your candles burn?

    How long do your candles burn?
    Burn time varies by size:

    • 2 oz: 10–15 hours
    • 4 oz: 20–30 hours
    • 7 oz: 40–50 hours
    • 16 oz: 70–90 hours
    How should I care for my candles?

    How do I get the best burn?
    Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt completely across the top during the first burn (approx. 3-4 hours) to help prevent tunneling.

    Why is my candle tunneling?
    Tunneling usually happens when the candle isn’t allowed to create a full melt pool during the first few burns. Burning your candle long enough (approx. 3-4 hours) each time helps ensure an even burn.
